Implementing Technology in Neuropsychology
Shifali Singh, PhD
Dr. Singh is passionate about improving health care. She works one-on-one with patients in her private practice, Cambridge Neuropsychology, invests in early-stage start-ups through her role as an Associate at a venture capital fund, and teaches courses related to technology and mental health to undergraduates at Harvard University. Dr. Singh also holds leadership positions in APA and SCN, serving as President of Division 12 Section 10 (Graduate Students and Early Career Psychologists), Board Member on the CPT Advisory, and past ANST Neurotechnology Officer.
Dr. Shifali Singh is a Licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist and the Director of Digital Neuropsychology and Brain Health at Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital’s Institute for Technology and Psychiatry. Her research aims to modernize neuropsychology by leveraging digital technologies. To this end, she has a number of industry partnerships, including IBM, to determine ways to incorporate and validate digital tools that can be used to improve neuropsychological evaluations.

Description
This talk will survey existing and novel digital tools that can be used to improve neuropsychological assessment. Attendees will learn about these novel tools, their psychometric validity, and ways they may implement them in their practice. Future tools that can be leveraged in neuropsychology will also be discussed.
